The regular updates on the repair progress are outstanding and appreciated. Branden and Henry were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The front desk were efficient. The loaner was comparable to our car. It was a pleasant experience.

My Browning representative was Branden and his customer service skill set was phenomenal. He connected with me by text immediately after my AAA claim adjuster set up my claim with Browning. He afforded me a segway to effective communication throughout the weeks of planning. He responded to my messaging timely and with easy direction. Lastly, he maintained regular communication with my vehicle repair progress for the entire 8 days. And, my vehicle repairs were pristine with the added customer service touch from your detailing staff. Additionally, I asked for two out-of-pocket repair quotes and your technicians/mechanics did a great job for a fair price. Kudos to the Browning retailers because I was happily surprised enough upon pivk-up, but fir my added pleasure my nextdoor neighbor immediately noticed that my vehicle looked supremely and distinctly different than before it came to you. I have also given my AAA adjuster a glowing report fir Browning overall. Warmest regards to Branden and the entire Browning team, Sylvia Brown, appreciative and grateful customer for life

2 spots that had clear coat run, I spot with over spray on the paint, missing hybrid sign on the side and 2 spots with paint imperfections. Feels like the car was rushed and not ready. Car should have been quality assured before delivery. Very disappointed with the work and service.
