I used to be satisfied with with them until recently its just been crappy and whats sad is that the few times I’ve been there i also see other customers complain about reasonable things that we shouldn’t be experiencing . At this point even though Albers is nice the work they did was not ok. First a windshield glass took almost 2-2.5 months, it had a manufacture defect and Albert had fro get the ok to be able to change it. Last time my car was there for almost 3 months for my car repair to happen. Now with my other car I had an object hit my car and now im looking for a new collision center which sucks cause i would have said give my business to you, unfortunate you guys have failed me the last two times and to top it off my s=cars interior was left dirty now im left with a dirty interior

Initially took many calls to get an appointment ….. (3 days of busy signal and messages before I got a response). Then I had to take the car back 2x bc the taillight wd not work, and the car door handle that locks and unlocks w a swipe did not work.. not the most efficient place .. especially the taillights.. a safety issue..
