Coming to this shop, I came because I was 100% happy with my other car a year ago. (Rear bumper on a a 2014 Prius) My perception of this shop was like it was a 5 star restaurant, something extra and premium. Honestly, had I taken my car to a bodyshop in downtown LA, they would have more pride than to give me back my car with abrasion scratches on the "new" painted front. (I asked them why would this be scratched? They told me that it could have been power tool wires that rubbed against it, etc) What kind of excuse it that from a body shop?? A body shop who is in the business of making damaged parts looking like new, replaces a damaged part, paints it, and then scratches it with their own equipment ???????

I came back because of a great experience in the past. However, this time around, right out of the shop, mu replaced front end had abrasion scratches where it should have been a new paint. Also, my fog lights don't work and my fuse box cover is missing. When I told them about it, they did not take responsibility but told me that it was never there to begin with. My car is less than two years old and about 5,000 miles. It is practically new when I got into the accident, and I never even opened the fuse box under the hood. My front end got replaced for the accident, they replaced both of my headlights (the clips got broken) so they replaced the headlights with used "scratched" ones for $800 each, . . The front end scratch??? "It'll buff out !" Why does it have to be "buffed out" when it just got painted ?? I held off in replying to this review because I usually like to give people benefit of the doubt, but the fact is, "I am not happy, let alone satisfied" with the whole experience. I have to tell myself, in 10 years, my car would be scratched and be like this anyways....

Henry was friendly and a nice gut. He's not the person who actually worked on my car, but he did not go much to rectify my dissatisfaction.

I had to remove the side panel inside my trunk to get the pull string for my gas tank since the workers forgot to pull it through the line panel! The driver door seems like it’s not aligned correctly as well!

Very frustrating experience.They were unorganized from start to finish. I was told I would get a Mazda bumper but I did not. Car was returned to me dirty inside and out.
