Happy they got it fixed, but we were told FOUR different date we could pick it up, and when the days came they did not bother letting us know it would be longer till we called to come pick it up. Once I did pick it up and take it home, I had to bring it back because something was very obviously still wrong with it. It should have been easily caught before sending it out to me.

Staff were friendly and nice. However, I felt like communication was not a strength. Couple times would get different information from different people. I constantly had to call for updates never recieved calls from you all. When it came to the estimate process I was told I would be emailed never did recieve that. Again had to keep calling for that. I kept being told that the hail specialist would get back with me. Finally it was communicated to me over the phone by another staff member. Had to call to set up my own appointment as well. For a while I was waiting because I wasnt sure what to do. The hail specialist guy (who i think was in charge of my repairs) only spoke to him once never heard from him again. I guess he was very overwhelmed (with what was told to me ) working at various different shops. I was told the repairs would only take to 1 to 2 days it ended up being over a week due to I think waiting on some things from insurance which I get is out of your control but again communication would be nice. Had to make alot of transportation arrangements during this week without my car. Finally, never recieved a call that the car was ready had to call for that as well. Apparently it was not updated in the system.
