There were several issues that Jordan did not take care of over at the Murfreesboro facility. It had to go back over there twice Dennis at the Columbia facility bend over backwards to help me. He was fantastic. He had to take care of problems that did not get taken care of in Murfreesboro.

The actual body work was fine. However after I picked up my car, my radio wasnt working properly. Yes it comes on but all stations are full of static and certain things dont work. For instance cant scan to search for stations, the info on songs for the stations programmed dosent show nor does any other info for stations. I took my car back and ask them to check it out. The red headed guy that was supposedly taking care of me hooked my radio up and said it was getting power so there was nothing they could do. They replaced my front passenger fender (underneath is where all the wiring for the radio is run) Ive been told its probably the ground wire that got bumped or disconnected. He never offered to look or even check the wires to see if anything was out of the ordinary. I have used Caliper in the past and Hank was manager. He went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my vehicle was just right. These people just want you car in and out as quick as possible now. They dont take to the time to make sure its done right. Im very disappointed and will be looking for another shop. Being a GM employee I will be sure to spread the word that even though this shop is GM certified they are not a quality shop or have the standards I would expect.
