Fascia on left side not flush. They tell me to wait a week?? If it's not flush now it's not going to be. Left headlight is probably defective. When the lights are on and against a garage you can see a shadow that looks like a sun visor. I've taken it back three tines and they even had the nerve to show me how to adjust the light?? I just want it like it was. I don't think I am asking too much.

The Spring Hill Caliber Collision repair experience was truly top notch. My Buick Envision had rear end and lift gate damage. My car now looks brand new. No orange peel, paint color was blended perfectly from rear to the sides on both sides, and the repaired damage is smooth and pristine. After waiting for Geico to approve parts, etc. for 2 weeks, Caliber repaired my vehicle in 4 days. Stellar service with Bethany - she answered all of my questions during my visual repair review. I called Caliber a few times post- drop-off, spoke to Bethany each time accept once, when I called on her day off, and Dave, I believe, called me back to answer my question. I’ve already recommended Caliber to my family for any future collision repair. I’ll post a Google review some time this week with before and after pics. Also, Debbie reviewed the cost, between my deductible and additional repair I requested as self-pay, line-by-line, over the phone and in person. There was no room for misinterpretation. Debbie is very friendly and welcoming via phone and in person. When I am provided such excellent service as this, and post reviews, I always hope that the owner(s) and Management team such as Caliber’s, recognizes the team for a job well done. Customer Service keeps your business alive. Please relay this full review to the entire Caliber team that physically repaired and managed the repair of my car.
