My car was a surprise gift from my husband. He is gone. That car makes me feel like I am close to him. I would not trust it to just anyone They treated my car like it was their's. That said everything. I treated my patients like they were family. Browns have the same work ethics.

The receptionist was wonderful and very helpful. However, the gentlemen in the front office had no people skills. They did not attempt to be friendly or talkative. When he went out to look at my damaged car, he told me when to bring it back to the shop. If they didn't do such good work, I would go somewhere else. If they could just up the customer service!! HELP

The bumper that come from the manufacturer had some areas that didn’t seem to fit just right when the paint coats were applied so therefore there is an area that might need mending. I took my concern to Buzz and he let me know that if there were to become a problem that they would handle it. Overall the work is fine. I just wish we could’ve sent the defected part back instead of trying to make it fit.
