Headlights weren’t aligned properly and it took two trips to get it fixed. It looks like someone tried to break in the car while it was there because there are scratches on the paint inside the driver’s door jam as well as dirt on the seal where someone stuck something in there. There is paint on the driver’s side plastic trim piece that goes around the wheel and paint on the door seal. I’m not at all pleased with my experience this time and will be looking at other body shops for future work.

Brown’s did a great job. No issues with the quality of their work. It did take longer through no fault of theirs due to 2 bumpers were broke upon arrival.
