In the past I have received great service from Browns but this time they slipped on several fronts. First I was told it would be a week to do the repairs, and I was receiving daily texts stating that but then on day 5 I received a text saying it would be another week. When I called they couldn’t really give me a reason just that they had been short handed. The job was completed 4 days later but when I looked over the job it was evident that my bed topper was incorrectly installed and wouldn’t close. They took it back to the shop and corrected it in 10 minutes. I then left and drove down the road for gas and while pumping gas I noticed the trailer light harness on the back bumper was missing completely. After another trip back to the shop it was found and installed in 5 minutes. Both of these things should have been found on the final inspection.

Initially I was thrilled to have my car back and didn’t notice a few blemishes in the paint, I brought it back right away and they took care of my concerns without delay. They were very understanding and professional. This was my second time using Brown’s and although I hope I don’t have to use their services again, if I get in another accident I won’t hesitate to use Browns again.
