The one aspect I wish was better was the ongoing communication. I received was what appeared to be robo text messages that the process was started, half way through and ready to pick up. It wasn’t bad information it just felt impersonal and marginally informative.

My whole experience with Brown's was wonderful. The customer service is top notch, their work is excellent, and they completed the job ahead of schedule, which was cool. They kept me informed on a daily basis, and they even coordinated the return of my rental car when I went to pick up my vehicle. I didn’t feel there was good communication when the repairs were delayed. The driver side door will not lock with the key fob. It was not like that before. Can someone please take a look at it. I need to be able to lock the car. Despite the additional repair time, the car does look nice. I also want to document that you owe me 2 rims that are back ordered. Please contact me about the door lock.
