Not sure why we had very little communication during this repair. Had to call multiple times for update. Did not get text updates for this repair. That has not been the case in the past. And upon pickup, being told your car is "over there somewhere" in an adjacent parking lot doesn't seem very customer service oriented.

Poor follow up with status of repair. It cost us additional $ to extend our rental car and the whole repair took over 5 weeks after waiting for 3 + months to get the parts.

I picked the car up on a Friday and we discovered over the weekend that the blind spot monitor on the passenger side mirror was not working correctly. I called on Monday to tell them about the problem and was told someone would call back. It is now one week later and no one has returned the call.
