I had to call to find out the status and if it would be ready at the estimated date. They did explain that they were very busy and waiting for a technician to be available to check out the damage. They also explained they were having to wait on parts. I was the one who initiated the contact. As far as everything being done completely and correctly, at this point, it appears to be. They were very courteous and willing to explain what was going on, when I asked.
