Amber was super nice and informative, work done on my vehicle was excellent and timely. They also cleaned my car and put all my dogs toys on the blanket in the backseat which is a sweet little detail I noticed. 10/10 would recommend Browns!!!

The body work was well done, but processes and communication could have been better. For example, it took an additional day because “they sent us the wrong color emblem.” One would expect that parts would be checked upon arrival. Overall, not a bad experience, but not stellar either.
