Great customer service, during our walkthrough when I went to pick up my vehicle I found a couple of items that weren’t to my satisfaction and they quickly made the necessary changes on the spot to my satisfaction.

Said car would be ready Wednesday or Thursday, No word from them. Called and said car would be ready Friday afternoon, called about 4 pm. Said car would be ready Saturday morning , Told them I needed car because I was intended on using it to go on vacation. Leaving Saturday morning. They had car for two weeks. I got the car Friday a little after hours

The employees of the collision department are extremely competent….. to the point about paperwork…. On the ball……. And prepared to serve customers. After a automobile accident there is some confusion on how to handle repairs. Not so with the collision office clientele…. Extremely efficient. The bodywork and paint job on my truck was well done. Couldn’t ask for anything better. I would recommend Browns Ford Collision Repair Department to anyone that needs repairs on their vehicle. Great employees…. Competent people working for Brown’s Ford. They were terrific about getting the car in right away, allowing me to utilize a vehicle and they delivered the car to us when it was completed. It looked immaculate. It did take much longer then expected which is likely due to the pandemic.
