I think everything was done well.

I was satisfied, however no one called to tell me that my car was done (I had to call to find out) and by that time it was too late for me to go and get my car that day as I live an hour away and the shop closed within the half hour. I spoke with the rental car company and fortunately they did not charge me for the extra day.

The work was very good. The only thing is that I didn't get an update on Thursday or Friday. I had to call on Friday to find out the status of the repair. It was going to be ready on Friday by end of day or Saturday morning. I called on Saturaday after 12pm. and was told that it would be ready later in the afternoon. It was then ready.
