They did a excellent job sadly our car was on the messy side of things but they did there best to clean it up without disrupting anything.when replacing the doors they even went the extra mile to replace my old worn out sticker I hadon my back passenger window .they were kind and polite the whole time

Process seemed rushed. I was supposed to get a call when parts were ordered so I could get loaner car....no call....got call car was done on a Friday...car wasn't ready for another week. Did not replace blinker light that I believe was damaged in the collision.

See previous comment. Would not provide an estimate until authorization came from insurance. Would have liked estimate before I committed to have work done. I also had to update my phone number twice as Manager was calling a number I told him I no longer had.

Took forever to find all that was wrong with the car. Insurance was going to repair it. However after estimates were done and accepted the company found more damage until it was finally totalled.
