They picked up my car so I didn’t have to drive it to the shop which was hassle free My car looks like brand new again the process took a little over a month because they had to wait for parts over all the experience was pretty stress free and my car came out looking great

despite minor difficulties and minor fixes the repairs were very professional and per my insurance they are warranteed

My vehicle was hit in the side by a deer. This seems to happen a lot in this area. I’ll mention Brown to everyone I meet whose auto needs body repairs.

It took a few days longer than originally estimated. But the purpose of the work was to fix the car and Brown did an excellent job. The communication was good and Brown handled all interface with my insurance company.
