I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience at Bruce’s! From the moment I walked in, the shop was clean, welcoming, and professional. They provided my quote quickly, took my vehicle back right away, and even coordinated with the rental car company to have a rental brought directly to me. The front-office staff was especially wonderful. They were knowledgeable, answered every question I had, and were incredibly gracious and accommodating while I waited for the rental car. They made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and well managed. I was amazed that my vehicle was completed in just four days. That quick turnaround saved me money because I did not have to keep the rental vehicle for an additional week. Best of all, my car looks incredible—the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Bruce’s truly went above and beyond by cleaning my vehicle before returning it, making it feel brand new. I left knowing that if I ever need auto body work again, there will be no question about where I’ll take my vehicle. I highly recommend Bruce’s!
