We were so pleased with the work Ebby’s did on our Tesla after it was damaged in a rear-end collision. We were especially happy to learn that they are Tesla-certified and conveniently located right here in Williamsburg. Throughout the entire process, they kept us informed with clear communication and regular updates on the repairs. Kelly and Chad were wonderful to work with, and we were very impressed with the quality of their workmanship.

My very small amount of satisfaction with the communication would not hold me back from recommending the shop. The car wash or checking the air tire in the other tires would’ve been above and beyond.

Could not be happier with the repair and paint of the car when I got back they are definitely a top notch crew just a few comments. Communication was not great and when I tried to question further I got my head bit off by the guy in the office. I was surprised that they did not balance all the air and all four tires when they replaced the one that they did the repair on, and I was surprised they didn’t wash the car. I know that’s not part of the repair but they’re a top notch repair shop.
