I have been before and have been happy with the work that was done. This is the first time I have ever had an issue, which is really a minor issue with them being unwilling to refund my card and allow me to pay with my debit card to avoid the processing fee. I am very unlikely to recommend Bruce’s because I am not getting a lot of help with a small problem, it makes me think that if anything bigger did go wrong I would get the same level of customer service, which was basically to brush me off.

The front desk staff was friendly and the process was easy. When it came time to pay the person at the front desk neglected to tell me about the processing fee and said that, “they usually tell you that before they run your card but I don’t usually work up here so I forgot to tell you”. We both attempted to cancel the payment but it wouldn’t cancel. She said it was a new machine and she wasn’t sure how to use it. She told me to let the charge go through and she would refund it and then I could use my debit card. She was then unable to refund my card and said she would contact corporate and have them refund my card. This was on Monday, 5/5. I got a call on Friday afternoon that corporate said that because there was a sign, which I did not see, they were unwilling to refund my credit card and allow me to pay with my debit card. When I asked for a phone number to call someone at corporate I was told that they didn’t have a phone number for corporate, only an email and that corporate “might” email me. I am still working to get this resolved but it definitely has not been the greatest customer service experience.
