Bruce’s Auto Body Shop did a fantastic job repairing my son’s car after it was sideswiped by a snow plow and had significant damage. They made a stressful situation incredibly easy by handling everything with the insurance company — all I needed to do was file the claim and pay the deductible. I truly appreciated how they prioritized my son’s car due to a time-sensitive situation, as he needed to get back to school. The work was completed quickly without cutting corners, and the quality of the repair was excellent. The staff was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. From the minute I walked in I was treated with kindness and professionalism. During the repair period I was encouraged to go in and see the repairs and ask any questions I had. Part of what had to be replaced had pinstripes on it. I mentioned I had the tape for the stripes. They offered to put the stripes back on for me (and they looked great). All in all, my car looks great and it didn't take terribly long for the repair.
