Pleasant and responsive owner and employees. My disappointment was the estimated cost of the repair was more than final. The first time for the misquote was a computer glitch that omitted a necessary part. The second misquote was the final cost of the missing part. I am repeat customer of Bruce’s and have never had this problem before.

I think they should have honored the original quote given the circumstances. There were no surprises when they made the repair as this can happen when certain repairs are required.
