I am a “forever” customer, I have used B& S since 1975. And my 4 sons have as well. We are loyal and have always been happy with the work and think the world of the Sanchez family. However, this time, a few “hiccups” occurred. Initially, I was told my car would be ready in a week, then I was told a few extra days longer were needed and then another week went by and then hiccup #2 occurred. The rim company you use, painted the wrong rim (they were given the one to be painted in addition to another one, to match the color.) The color was NOT a match & I think they should have been up front about not being able to match the color. Instead, all 4 rims were painted(a shade darker) so the 4 would match each other. At that point, that’s all they could do. I was not notified prior to all the rims being painted, (a darker shade) and I should have been “kept in the loop”. The extra time & cost (that either the insurance company was charged or the Sanchez ‘’s absorbed), I believe, could have been handled differently.This is not a complaint, but rather information.
