Well we came and picked it up Friday night July 31 2026 we got to Fairfield and the jeep overheated so I am not happy I am very disappointed that this happened I think there should be something done cause I don't think this should have happened

He was especially good at communicating and negotiating with the insurance company of the person who caused the damage! I am going to schedule a long postponed body repair on my truck! This was a big job following a collision. Buchanan did a great job getting it all back together again. The collision was on the front left side of the car and it required a replacement of the wiring harness. I was kept up to date as the repairs progressed. The service department had to work on the electrical system to make sure it all worked correctly. This fat, all is well and I don’t anticipate any other issues.

I was very impressed with Scott. I had taken my car to the dealership down the street hoping they could fix it. When they referred me to the Collision center, Scott went down and picked up my vehicle so I didn't have to come all the way back and had a full report of what needed to be done within a few hours. Besides the fact that my vehicle was completed flawlessly, I just felt that he went above and beyond what was expected.

having my brand new jeep rear ended made me sick, Scott Struble did a great job along with the body shop getting it back to me new again I cant say enough good about Scott.
