Communication is not a strength. I understand that there are still staff shortages, however, if I am told I will receive a phone call on a specific date and weeks go by where I have left messages and no call backs, that is an issue. A customer should not be kept waiting.

The work on the car was great. The coordination of the repairs and communication was less than I had hoped. I had planned, based on the expectations I had been given to not have the car for 3 days. I did not have the car for 2 weeks.

There was marks on the hood from the paint which hopefully doesn't give me problems down the road. And the gasket around the windshield was loose from when they replaced the fender. So hopefully that doesn't get worse. Other than that, people were friendly, work was completed quickly and overall it was a good job except for those few flaws.

Headlight not aimed, paint chips, loose gasket in corner of windshield and it was covered in bird droppings. No pride in their work.

No pride in their work, they acknowledged the repair problems and did offer to fix it. But I did expect more from an Allstate recommended shop

Repair was not completed as I was ensured. They forgot to order the parts for my truck over a month. Each time I was told my truck would be ready, come to find out, it was not true. Communication was poor.

We were pleased with the work on the Acura but as far as cleaning up the body dust inside and out , also the plastic packaging was left inside on the back seat .So we complained about it and left the car there and came back , they were suppose to detail inside and out ,got a call it was ready and picked it up after hours and still was not finished properly. The whole back is still body dust .We expected it to come out of there clean , not getting it back in that condition.
