Scott was good to work with. He was thorough in writing up the estimate and explaining about the time it will take to get the needed parts. It was estimated to take 2 days but wound up being a week due to having to get a whole new front bumper. But the crew did an amazing job and the car looks brand new again, inside and out! Overall very pleased and while I hope I never have this happen again, if it does I know exactly where to go to get a top notch repair job done.

I filed my claim with Allstate the day it happened and got a call from the collision center the same day. I setup my appointment to have the car checked but had to reschedule due to work. It wasn't an issue and I got in a few days later. I received a prompt notification about bringing it in to be repaired. While it was estimated to be a 2 day repair it actually took all week as they had to order a new bumper for the vehicle. When it was finished I was very impressed as my car looked brand new inside and out! Very satisfied with this experience.

I noticed I have two different mirrors on the truck. One is the Ford mirror that says Ford and the other is an aftermarket that doesn’t say Ford. Also the paint job is poor. There is a big run above the driver side door and several other rough spots in the paint.

They did the repair well. Didnt clear and codes my windshield broke the day I was supposed to pick it up. However they did repair everything nicely.
