The service was good but it took them four trips of me going over there to pick it up and finding something wrong for them to fix that they messed up. Dirt in the paint mostly

I just want to recognize Scott McSwain for his fast, dedicated work, getting my Nissan in and out of the Collision Center after hitting some deer. I brought my car in on Mon and by Fri, I was picking it up! Through the entire process I received text alerts about the progress of my car! I also received all new pictures and the new estimate that had to be submitted to insurance, once other damage was found. I cannot thank Scott and Buchanan enough for their hard work and dedication. I’m completely satisfied and will not take my car anywhere other than Buchanan! I didn’t personally meet Brian Downin who was the technician, but from what I see, he did amazing work! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!! KEEP UP THE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS!!

Stearing wheel is not aligned and the paint job on the left fender and hood there is a bunch of dirt in the paint and not its raised up. Windshield wiper fluid sensor is on and it's not empty but full.
