I had a great experience working with Sara at State Fair Insurance/Buerkle Body Shop. She is friendly, easy to talk with, and very informative. I previously had a bad experience with State Farm years ago, so I was unsure how this incident would be handled, but Sara completely changed my expectations even though I am not a State Farm customer. She kept me updated from start to finish, explained everything clearly, and even pointed out hail damage on my car so I could check it myself. When I picked up my Honda Accord, it looked almost new. Sara did an outstanding job, and I truly appreciate her professionalism and care.

Work completed was excellent. Communication regarding timetable created confusion. Also, a heads up perhaps the day before a vehicle is completed would be helpful to your customers. I learned my vehicle would be ready at 4:45pm on a Friday and was fortune enough to make it to the dealership in time that night to pick it up.

I did not expect perfection. I knew I was opting for a bandaid. But I felt some of my scratches could have been better covered. That being said, the staff were fabulous. Excellent customer service! Fair price. And explained everything thoroughly offering me multiple options.
