The communication was lacking. I only heard about updates if I would call them. I kept hearing we will call with an update soon and never got the calls unless I called weeks later. I didn’t mind that the repair took over a month but it would have been nice to know the timeline up front or any kind of estimate.

No one ever talked to me or reached out I called and asked for an update and the guy was super nice! Other than that I never talked to anyone. When we picked it up they didn't say anything either.
