Many misfires, rental was Tuson vs Palacail, took too long, rental was dirty inside, gas was 1/2 full. Service agent was not responsive and not keeping me of delays.

The service was excellent. The body shop rep I worked with was named Sarah and she exceeded my expectations. She was knowledgeable, polite, professional, communicated well and provided overall excellent customer service. I only marked my score a little lower than 10 because the cost seemed a little high. But the quality of the repair was very good so thank you for that!
