I have used Bumpers Etc.twice now and cannot compliment their services enough for the professionalism, courtesy and outstanding workmanship that I experienced. The time it took and cost were exactly as estimated; in addition- my vehicle was completely detailed and looked great when I picked it up. From my first inquiry phone call to the time I drove away with my "brand new" to me cleanest ever car, employees were courteous, honest, and fair. I was able to get in on a discount that was being offered, which was a deciding factor on following through with the investment in my car at this time. An added bonus was getting my cloudy headlights cleaned with a lifetime guarantee! I do a lot of night time driving, and now that I can actually see, I realize it was a big safety factor as well. My rear view mirrors look brand new. The upholstery cleaned up better than I could have imagined. They even made my wheels and hubcaps look shiny and presentable! I learned that they have the ability to take care of cigarette burn marks as well, which I may just consider down the road...the one thing that I didn't like about the car from the time I first bought it used. Ill definitely be stopping back for a yearly refresher. I don't want to mess it up, so I've withheld eating and drinking in my car since I've brought it home! Thanks so much!! I had my car detailed once before, and let me just say, there's just no comparison. Worth every penny I spent!
