I have nothing but good things to say about Lititz Collision & Repair. They were great at communicating at every step of this repair. Mike kept me updated about the repairs and timeline on when my vehicle would be completed. When I picked it up, I got to see photos of the original damage. The repairs are perfect! The vehicle was even washed and tires polished!! I highly recommend this shop for any repairs.

These gentleman at Lititz collision and repair are the most professional and dedicated garage i have ever seen or am pleased to be a customer for. I was in for warranty work for my Ford f-350 and these guys took care of my truck. When i got the truck back it was washed, buffed, tires shined, vacuumed and interior cleaned!! I have never received this kind of service before ever! Awesome job guys!!

I would recommend this garage to anyone looking for quality work, open communication, and to be well taken care of!! 110% satisfied, upon picking up my vehicle the garage had washed, waxed, tire shined, vacuumed inside, and washed my floor mats!! Lititz Collision was a great LOCAL choice for my repair. I almost went to another place but learned they were part of 1400 other repair stations across the U.S. To start scheduling, I talked to a man from Georgia, then got a call from a phone bank in The Philippines who was hard to understand - forget this! At Lititz Collision everyone spoke good English and they were as pleasant as could be in repairing my vehicle and gave me regular updates about the repair on my tailgate. It was easy to get a rental car and leave it at LC when my repair was finished. I HIGHLY recommend them and have already told my neighbors about them! Good old fashioned service that's customer oriented. Five out of 5 stars review.
