I got a nail in my tire at your shop and needed it plugged when I came to pick it up and had to pay 50$ for the plug. Absolutely ridiculous when it’s something that happened while in your care, that I have to pay for it

Excellent experience from start to finish. My car needed repair after a minor accident. Scheduling of estimate and drop off was especially easy through GEICO, with the shop being part of their "Xpress Repair" program. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Rental car was brought right to the shop. Both the estimate and the corresponding repairs were incredibly thorough, and I was given regular updates while the car was in the shop. When I got it back, the damaged areas looked better than when I'd bought the car, and the whole car had been thoroughly cleaned. Pickup was quick and easy. Thanks for a great experience!

Everything was excellent; however there was a red goopy substance on the bottom edge iff the driver’s side door and in the storage compartment of the driver’s side door. After cleaning this red goop, I felt like I had to sanitize my car interior.
