Service excellent and the staffs friendly and very detailed tell me which part to be fixed also the reception Beth was awesome, she is the contacted when my car can be done. They really done excellent job now my car looks like a brand new again, no one know I have a car accident. I have to thank you so much for the Burdette Brother team and I will Recommend to everyone.

The repair seems ok, but the additional time and the lack of quality customer service makes me not feel confident to recommend this shop.

The repair took twice what i was initially told it would take. Nobody, during the entire the car was under repair, contacted me to give any update on the status and at even after I contacted them asking to let me know when the car was ready, they failed to do what they promised.

Well my experience was a 7 due to the continuous pushing back of my car being ready. It initially was set to take 10 days which ultimately ended up being almost a month. Secondly when I open my trunk there is resistance and a loud noice every time I open my trunk. So I need to bring my car back in to be looked at. Which is really hard to do bc their work hours coincide with mine and I would have to miss work for this to occur.
