At first I would get text updates but then I was constantly having to ask for updates and why things were delayed. Once even texted, had not heard back 24 hours later, texted again then had to call to get a response. This was during the work week not over the weekend.

I love the staff at Burns Chevrolet was so nice and accommodating. The communication was awesome with the system they have set up. I was kept in the know throughout the entire process. The fact that Enterprise can pick me up from the collision center and I can return the vehicle there as well that totally helped me out. They did a wonderful job on my repair. I would definitely bring all of my repairs back there in the future. Lets just pray I don't need any!
