They said that my phone wouldn’t allow them to leave a message yet they were able to the first two weeks and burns Chevrolet never showed up on my incoming calls after the second week

I thought the process overall was not good. The communication about the progress of the vehicle being repaired was not communicated at all.. I had to keep calling to check on status of the vehicle it. The process also took a lot longer than I thought it should.

I was actually scheduled at another coming that but called them in error and the receptionist was so accommodating, I preferred them do my repairs.

I was informed by name of the representative I would be working with, and Mo kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and efficiently guided me through the entire process.
