I've worked on cars most of my life and was very pleased with the work and my truck when I picked it up. The truck was actually cleaner when I picked it up versus when I dropped it off and I have to give Erin a big thank you for always getting back to me in a timely actually quick time. Burns body shop did a fabulous job repairing my bumper after a fender bender. They were so easy to work with and schedule the repair with. They worked quickly and efficiently and we’re very friendly and courteous. I would go back to them in a heartbeat and would recommend them wholeheartedly

All my praise of Burns Collision Center repair work, customer contact and follow through, is illustrated in my opening comments. I would absolutely recommend Burns to anyone and everyone! To receive such customer care and follow through, in addition to a great repair job, is a rarity today and it is reassuring to know there are those who still believe in high standards and excellent follow through. Burns is the place to go.

From first contact by Holly who was personable and helpful, I knew I was in good hands. When I brought my car in for repair, J. Daryl Price looked it over and answered all my questions at length. The repair is beautiful and was completed without delay. Another helpful feature is that Burns contacts the rental car company - in my case it was Enterprise - about when I was to be picked up at Burns and when the rental car was to be picked up after the repair. That is really extra - efficient and helpful. Thank you for everything - your expertise in customer communication and your expertise in repair.
