My rims sustained some damage during the tire installation process, resulting in gouges in the rims around where the lug nuts are. The manager said he would look into it and I have not have heard back from him despite multiple weeks since this was done. I looked at the pictures from the body shop right before the tires were installed and no damage to the rims was visible on those pictures. Other than this incident the experience was good.
