The service was wonderful. They looked at the car immediately when we brought it in and we had the estimate same day. We were told approx 10 days to repair but they finished ahead of schedule. We even had it detailed and it looked better than when we first got it.

I was satisfied with the job that was done from top to bottom and back to back. Frank did a great job detailing it. But I wish I could find out how to get more stuff out from in between seat and console on the carpet. I asked that the drivers seat not be moved so that may have impacted it. ALSO CAN JIM LET ME KNOW IF I CAN GET AN EXACT COLOR MATCH OF TOUCH UP PAINT IN CASE I GET A DING IN A SPOT AS TIME GOES ON??? My father ordered touch up paint from the dealer and they gave him the wrong color silver from the manufacturer. He used it on the rear tailgate. It was not a color match. I might want Bush’s to touch up that area & give me an estimate on the cost to help preserve it. After the detailing and work, it looks a bit better but also looks like it may deteriorate in one spot. This was not an area discussed or related to repairs needed for the insurance claim. I need to follow-up with Bush Collison center in order to get information to have my deductible reimbursed and they where less then helpful. I'm going to stop short of saying they were completely unhelpful with this process and short with answers. In the future I will not use Bush Collison again.

Bush under promised and over delivered. It would have been truly awesome if the inside of the windshield had been cleaned. This is not a complaint, just a suggestion.
