Unfortunately, I didn’t wait until I got a call back from Jim to take my car to a car wash. I had forgotten the advice I had received from body shops in the psst about using a touchless car wash, so I believe the brushes on the 202 Car Wash in Chadds Ford may have taken the paint off along some parts of the edges of the hood that I had Bush Collision repaint. Because I live in Ocean View, DE now, I would not return the car to have these spots touched up, because I would have to pay for a rental car while the work was done. The rating I am giving is to get your attention for a suggestion that some written paint care instructions be given to customers when they pick up their cars.

My Rav 4 had to go back to Boss as Bush was unable to diagnose engine noise. When I got to Boss I asked about my new battery which they claimed to have the day before and now did not. It was 4 months old and cost 160.00. Hope they enjoy driving with it. Didn't believe story they gave me. Also after spending day there they still don't know what is wrong. Said they would contact Bush. Driving home last night something was leaking and burning my eyes. I have no money to buy another vehicle. I am soooo stressed out.

I was completely uninformed on what was going on with my car. After two weeks with no contact I finally called and only got a phone run around. Took several more days and more calls to finally get a status. Was promised a call back when work would start and of course I got no call. In the end, you didn’t do all the work requested but I was done with you.
