Great job all around. Repairs are perfect, you would never know that this vehicle was I an accident. Customer relations: treated me in a manner that made me feel that I was in the right hands. They were sensitive to the fact that I had just gone through a Trumatic experience. They assured me that everything would be fine, don’t worry about anything, we will take care of you. from the person that booked my appointment, to the receptionist at their location, to the technician ,Jim, who told me what was going to be done, and the timeline for completion of the work. All of the staff members who helped me were friendly and extremely helpful. They answered all of my questions with details. I liked the text updates and the link showing my car progression. When I picked up my car it was cleaned inside and out which I wasn’t expecting but surely appreciated. It was a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend Bush’s I thought the staff was great the process was easy and accurately described to me.
