I specifically asked the adjuster if they report to Carfax and he told me no. Now that the repair is finished a bad Carfax now appeared on my 2025 BMW X5. Bush painted the bumper because someone backed into my wife’s car at her work. No police report! Extremely disappointed in the deception front bush. I would’ve never used bush auto collision if I knew they were going to report to Carfax. A scuffed bumper is ridiculous to diminish the value of our vehicle.
