I was quoted a 3 week time line and the job was completed early. My car was returned to me in excellent condition. It was clean, and the area where it had been damaged was repaired so well that you would never know it had been hit. It looks brand new.

10 but I want to say the woman at the front desk could really work on her active listening skills, and be a little more friendly. Maybe she was having a few off days but I felt like everytime I called with a question she was annoyed or just wasn’t listening to me at all and it was a bit frustrating especially when I’ve never had to deal with this type of situation with my car. My body work is impeccable and looks like nothing was ever wrong with my car to begin with, also they cleaned my car for me!!! I was excited to say the least to have a fixed car and a clean one at that. Also want to give a shout out to Dan who was extremely patient with me and all my questions. He even stayed late on Fourth of July weekend so I could grab things from my car. Thank you guys so much!!!!
