Bypass made my experience of having to have auto body work done fairly simple by coming by my work to do a preliminary estimate, and Bill drove my car to the shop to eliminate the need for me to take a day off to get it there. That in itself is much appreciated.

My experience with Bypass went extremely smooth. I like that the app kept me updated about the progress of my repair. Everyone I dealt with from Bill to Laurie were friendly and efficient.

Everyone I talked to were polite and courteous. Even the worker I encountered while on the parking lot was friendly and respectful.
