There is no better Auto Body Shop in Spingfield IL than BY-PASS. Unfortunately we've had to use them a number of times. There work and communication to the vehicle owner is above reproach. I recommend anyone who needs their kind of Service to use them.

By Pass were timely on arrival after first contact. Called with estimate and assured me they could do the work. They are a really busy place but hey, they do a good job. I'm glad they are. Great customer service and follow through. Willing to answer any question I had. I would definately use again. But honestly, hope I don't have too. 😊

The work that was done was decent but I asked for some touch up work to be done at my expense but it wasn’t done properly. I wasn’t charged for it but it still bothers that it didn’t get done as I had requested.
