You guys kept me in the loop with what was going on with my car and estimated date it would be ready. You also were able to let me use a loaner car which was amazing. I really like that service, it helped me out a lot. The loaner I had was the tan 2002, I think, Buick century. I don’t know if you noticed or not but I detailed the inside of loaner car. I figured you all are awesome enough to offer loaner cars to your customers, and you are extremely busy, I just wanted to do something for you to give back in some way. Also if you need any other loaner cars there detailed I would love to come in and do that for you. There wouldn’t be any charge for it. I’m wanting to start my own mobile car detailing company and I could use all the practice I can get. My cell is 573-218-4302 if you would like to call about the free detailing. When I dropped the car off on Monday morning, I had a very short wait for my ride to pick me up. Before I left the lot, I was thrilled to see someone take my car back to begin service! It was nice to see prompt attention from start to finish. My car looks GREAT; thank you!
