Pros: Like looks like new afterwards Cleaned, spit and polished car inside and out. Daily updates by email Loaner car provided free of charge. By pass auto was able to keep a 23yr old car technically operable, so kudos! Very accessible for questions and updates over the phone 24/7 Cost of repair was reasonable (I did not shop around so I could be wrong) Cons: Called for appt in January, got one in March while they shopped for parts and still did not have all parts available when car picked up Repairs took longer than predicted to complete Loaner car was (23years )2002 Buick Regal. Muffler fell off on day 3!
