Matt was very helpful. All staff are very friendly and courteous (I know that can be said for a lot of small businesses, but you guys really are extremely nice). The work looks great. I was shocked that you all cleaned the inside of the car. That was an unexpected surprise. Sorry it was so gross. I didn’t think anyone would be going in there. My only recommendation for improving service would be potentially adding automated text or email status updates about when the car will be ready for pickup. Especially if it’s for a vehicle that will be at the shop for a week or so waiting on parts.
