Patterson auto body was A+ ! The quality of the work was top notch. The staff and ownership were Great ! However hertz was terrible! Waited for 6 hours in the cold to have them come and fix a flat tire , then was given a car with 3 almost bald tires !

From meeting with Rich for the assessment, to having Michelle set everything up for the rental car, there is nothing about this experience I would change. Top notch service. They even put air in my tires and vacuumed the inside of my car. Above and beyond, and much appreciated!

Due to Covid my car was in the shop for three weeks for one little small part but the car would not be legal without that part to hold the bumper on so therefore I had to wait three weeks for this vehicle to be returned in the functional order that I needed. In the meantime I was driving cars that were very unsafe and I was experiencing a lot of vertigo and concussion like symptoms. PTSD

They were very competent, knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing that could be improved is they should have called to let me know there was a delay getting parts from Nissan. I had to call them when most of July went by with no updates as to why I was without my car for a month
