Only for body work would we recommend someone to bring their car here. We understand things happen and things can be delayed, we are very understanding people… but I believe there has been too much unclear information from the lead service tech who has been in contact with us.

The body work is wonderful, the technical service work and communication has not been great. It’s been over a month and I still do not have my vehicle back.

We explained to the service tech issues we were having with the vehicle when we dropped it off and asked for the work to be completed and 2 weeks later when bid work was complete we were told to come pick up and I asked if the other service work was finished and check engine light was off and was told no, they just read it with the scanner but work was not done he didn’t know we wanted the work done.

All went well although I never heard from Travelers directly beyond my initial reporting. I called the garage if our car was ready as I did not her from Travelers. We needed to rent a car as well, and now would like to get reimbursed but need to search out how this is done.
